1) Carrot-Cream Dream
Boil and mash, or juice a few carrots. If juicing, retain the pulp. Mix the carrots with a half cup of sour cream. Add a few drops of lemon juice, and a few drops of Vitamin E. You can get Vitamin E in liquid form at a local GNC, or pierce a few gelcaps from a drugstore. Mix everything thoroughly. It's ok if it looks a bit lumpy. Apply to skin, lay back, and allow the vitamins to penetrate and soothe your skin for about 20 minutes.

2) Did someone say Mayonaisse?
Mayonaisse is known to be good for the hair. Why not break it down into its essential elements? Eggs and oil are used in making homemade mayonaisse(who knows what's in the commercial versions!) Mix two eggs with a half cup to a cup of olive oil. Apply to the hair and allow to sit for 20-30 minutes.

*For smooth knees and elbows, cut a lemon in half and dip the
cut side in granulated sugar. Rub the lemon over your skin to exfoliate
dead cells, and blend any discoloration
*Apply olive oil to the hair and cover with a hot towel for about 20 minutes for a moisturizing treatment for sun-stripped hair.
*Boil a pot of water with a few herbal tea bags, or a few drops of your favorite essential oil. Remove from heat, place a towel over your head and your face over the pot for a rejuvenating steam facial at home!
